BLUE TEAM – Operation Shire Reeve
MISSION
Blue Team has a few missions that are all related to the sheriff of the local county. First the sheriff is the chief law enforcement officer in the county so both the community and the sheriff needs to understand his/her constitutional responsibilities and powers. Second is to utilize the deputizing powers of the sheriff to deputize the local veterans within the community to help the sheriff fulfill his constitutional duty. Next is to help stand up local citizen deputy programs for both adults and the youth. This also extends to the local police departments for any and all townships and cities within the jurisdiction of the local command.
VETERAN OFFICER
A veteran will be hired full time to oversee the operations associated with this team’s mission. This position with be given the title of ‘Executive Officer’ and will be the top ranking veteran within this team.
VETERAN VOLUNTEERS
Veteran volunteers for this team will be day trading in the morning as their full time job. They will be duty section leaders for the citizen members so the mission of this team can be accomplished. They will not trade on their duty days as they will be running their citizen teams to do the required duties.
MEMBERS
The Sheriff and his/her deputies, local town/city police officers, veterans, and citizens will all be members of this team. They all with work together to keep the community safe
MEMBERSHIP TEIRS
There will be 4 membership tiers. Tier 4 is the lowest, and tier 1 is the highest. There will be tiers for both businesses and citizens. Each membership tier will come with a reward for completion
Sheriff & Deputy Membership Tiers
Tier 4
Requirement: Paid member for 12
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 3
Requirement: Pass the sheriffs/peace officer genealogy civics test with a score of 95% or higher
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 2
Requirement: Hold monthly town hall meetings for 12 consecutive months
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 1
Requirement: Officially stand up a citizens deputized posse program and have it operational for 12 consecutive months
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Town/City police officer Membership Tiers
Tier 4
Requirement: Be a paid member for 12 months
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 3
Requirement: Pass the sheriffs/peace officer genealogy civics test with a score of 95% or highers.

Tier 2

Requirement: Stand up a community policing program and have it operational for 12 consecutive months

Requirement: Fully complete the veteran self-assessment program outlined by the Silver Team via Operation Veterans and maintain completion for 12 consecutive months.d

Tier 2
Requirement: Be a full time executive officer/team leader or a full time day trader section leader for 24 consecutive months.
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 1
Requirement: Organize and oversee 250 safe and effective duty section events.

Citizen Membership Tiers
Tier 4
Requirement: Be a paid member for 12 months
