SKY BLUE TEAM – Operation Mother Earth
MISSION
Light Blue Team’s with help maintain the land, the waterways, and the wildlife within the local community. This includes water and land management, trash pickup, and wildlife management.
VETERAN OFFICER
A veteran will be hired full time to oversee the operations associated with this team’s mission. This position with be given the title of ‘Executive Officer’ and will be the top ranking veteran within this team.
VETERAN VOLUNTEERS
Veteran volunteers for this team will be day trading in the morning as their full time job. They will be duty section leaders for the citizen members so the mission of this team can be accomplished. They will not trade on their duty days as they will be running their citizen teams to do the required duties.
MEMBERS
Parks & wildlife officers, environmental organizations, veterans, and citizens will all be members of this team. They will all work together to maintain the environment within the local command.
MEMBERSHIP TEIRS
There will be 4 membership tiers. Tier 4 is the lowest, and tier 1 is the highest. There will be tiers for both businesses and citizens. Each membership tier will come with a reward for completion

Tier 4
Requirement: Paid member for 12
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 3
Requirement: Hold a monthly town hall meeting for 12 consecutive months
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 2
Requirement: Stand up a citizen land, waterway, and wildlife management partnership program and have it operational for 12 consecutive months
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 1
Requirement: Achieve and maintain the maintenance status for 12 consecutive months
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Environmental Organization Membership Tiers
Tier 4
Requirement: Be a paid member for 12 months
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 3
Requirement: Create 10 different environmental maintenance events to run through MyVeteranBuddy
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and awar
Tier 2
Requirement: Provide educational presentations to citizens about the environmental management within their local community every month for 12 consecutive months
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 1
Requirement: Show 85% of the money raised by the organization going directly towards the mission of the organization for 36 consecutive months

Tier 4
Requirement: Be a paid member for 12 months

Tier 3
Requirement: Fully complete the veteran self-assessment program outlined by the Silver Team via Operation Veterans and maintain completion for 12 consecutive months.

Tier 2
Requirement: Be a full time executive officer/team leader or a full time day trader section leader for 24 consecutive months.
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 1
Requirement: Organize and oversee 250 safe and effective duty section events.
