BLACK TEAM – Operation Private Pyle

MISSION

Black Team’s mission is to create a boot camp to toughen up both the youth and adults and to teach them the basics of teamwork, unity, and higher military standards. Americans have become sloppy and the Black Team will help raise the standards within their community

VETERAN OFFICER

A veteran will be hired full time to oversee the operations associated with this team’s mission. This position will be given the title of ‘Executive Officer’ and will be the top ranking veteran within this team.

VETERAN VOLUNTEERS

Veteran volunteers for this team will be day trading in the morning as their full time job. They will be duty section leaders for the citizen members so the mission of this team can be accomplished. They will not trade on their duty days as they will be running their citizen teams to do the required duties.

MEMBERS

Veterans and citizens will be the members of this team. Veterans will run the bootcamp and citizens will attend and graduate from the bootcamp.

MEMBERSHIP TEIRS

There will be 4 membership tiers. Tier 4 is the lowest, and tier 1 is the highest. There will be tiers for citizens. Each membership tier will come with a reward for completion
