SILVER TEAM – Operation Veterans
MISSION
Silver Team’s mission is to help each command complete and maintain everything that’s included in Phase 2 of My Veteran Buddy in their local community.
VETERAN OFFICER
A veteran will be hired full time to oversee the operations associated with this team’s mission. This position with be given the title of ‘Executive Officer’ and will be the top ranking veteran within this team
VETERAN VOLUNTEERS
Veteran volunteers for this team will be day trading in the morning as their full time job. They will be duty section leaders for the citizen members so the mission of this team can be accomplished. They will not trade on their duty days as they will be running their citizen teams to do the required duties.
MEMBERS
Members will include local businesses, local churches, veteran organizations, veterans and citizens. All of these membership groups will work together to help all local veterans in their local community.
MEMBERSHIP TEIRS
There will be 4 membership tiers. Tier 4 is the lowest, and tier 1 is the highest. There will be tiers for both businesses and citizens. Each membership tier will come with a reward for completion
Local Church Membership Tiers
Tier 4
Requirement: Paid member for 12
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 3
Requirement: Complete the training to be a certified Veterans Safe Place.
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 2
Requirement: Be a certified Veterans Safe Place for 12 consecutive monthss
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 1
Requirement: Maintain the annual certification to be a Veterans Safe Place for 60 consecutive months
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Local Business Membership Tiers
Tier 4
Requirement: Be a paid member for 12 months

Tier 3
Requirement: Complete the training to be a certified Veterans Safe Place
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and awar
Tier 2
Requirement: Be a certified Veterans Safe Place for 12 consecutive months
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 1
Requirement: Maintain the annual certification to be a Veterans Safe Place for 60 consecutive months

Veteran Organization Membership Tierss
Tier 4
Requirement: Be a paid member for 12 monthss

Tier 3
Requirement: Complete the training and be a certified Veterans Safe Place for 12 months

Tier 2
Requirement: Become an affiliate and have 100 veterans join MyVeteranBuddy within that local command through their promo code
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 1
Requirement: Have 100 referred veterans successfully complete the veteran’s self-assessment program for that local commands

Veterans Membership Tiers
Tier 4
Requirement: Be a paid member for 12 monthss

Tier 3
Requirement: Fully complete the veteran self-assessment program outlined by the Silver Team via Operation Veterans and maintain completion for 12 consecutive monthss
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 2
Requirement: Be a full time executive officer/team leader or a full time day trader section leader for 24 consecutive months.
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 1
Requirement: Organize and oversee 250 safe and effective duty section events
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Citizen Membership Tierss
Tier 4
Requirement: Be a paid member for 12 monthss
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 3
Requirement: Complete the Citizens Veteran Buddy training program and stay eligible to be an official Veteran Buddy to a veteran for 12 consecutive monthss
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 2
Requirement: Be a Veteran Buddy for a veteran for a 12 consecutive months
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 1
Requirement: Complete the Citizen Veteran Buddy annual certification and be a Veteran Buddy for a Veteran for 60 consecutive months
