PINK TEAM – Operation Hallmark
MISSION
Pink Team’s mission is to organize events in the local community and to strengthen community engagement. A few examples of these events include events for the holidays, town hall events to discuss certain topics as a community, and community clean up events to help keep the community looking good. Events are not limited to just these. There will be endless event ideas that this team will help organize and execute.
VETERAN OFFICER
A veteran will be hired full time to oversee the operations associated with this team’s mission. This position with be given the title of ‘Executive Officer’ and will be the top ranking veteran within this team.
VETERAN VOLUNTEERS
Veteran volunteers for this team will be day trading in the morning as their full time job. They will be duty section leaders for the citizen members so the mission of this team can be accomplished
MEMBERS
Event organizations, veterans, and citizens will be members of this team. They all will work together to hold events within the community and get people to attend.
MEMBERSHIP TEIRS
There will be 4 membership tiers. Tier 4 is the lowest, and tier 1 is the highest. There will be tiers for both businesses and citizens. Each membership tier will come with a reward for completion
Event Organization Membership Tiers
Tier 4
Requirement: Paid member for 12
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 3
Requirement: Plan one event a month for 12 consecutive months
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 2
Requirement: Successfully get 20% of the community involved in 4 events in a 12 month time periods
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 1
Requirement: Get 50% of the community involvement for 1 events
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Veteran Membership Tiers
Tier 4
Requirement: Be a paid member for 12 months
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 3
Requirement: Fully complete the veteran self-assessment program outlined by the Silver Team via Operation Veterans and maintain completion for 12 consecutive months.
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and awar
Tier 2
Requirement: Be a full time executive officer/team leader or a full time day trader section leader for 24 consecutive months.
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Tier 1
Requirement: Organize and oversee 250 safe and effective duty section events.
Award: There will be a custom designed ribbon and award
Citizen Membership Tiers
Tier 4
Requirement: Be a paid member for 12 months
